The challenge
Inspections were followed manually. Clients and the team needed a shared place to see the request, the current status and the documents that belonged to it.
The solution
We built a portal where clients create and follow inspections, while staff update cases and share photos, reports and invoices. Administrator and employee permissions reflect different responsibilities; mobile use supports work in factories.
The outcome
The owner can see new and ongoing inspections and messages from an operational dashboard. Clients follow their own cases, while the team keeps each inspection’s information together.
