Who handles your information
MAGICALIX SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, operating in the Philippines under the Magicalix name, is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Use the contact form for privacy requests.
Information we collect and why
Enquiry forms collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, selected needs, message and any files you choose to attach. We use them to reply, understand your needs, prepare a proposal and keep a record of the conversation. The initial data and automation review asks only for your email and an optional description; do not send confidential records or access credentials through it.
The satisfaction questionnaire collects your ratings and feedback to improve our service. Permission to publish a testimonial and the name you provide is a separate, optional choice. Sending private feedback does not authorise its publication.
Our hosting provider may process technical logs, including IP address, browser details, requested page and time of access, for security and service operation. Optional analytics is used only with your consent. It measures page use, service interest and confirmed form submissions; form answers, email addresses and attached files are not sent to Google Analytics.
Legal bases
We process enquiries to take steps at your request before a possible contract and to manage the resulting relationship. Service improvement and website security rely on our legitimate interests, where applicable. Optional analytics and testimonial publication rely on the relevant consent. Legal obligations may require some records to be retained. Where data-protection law gives you these rights, you may object or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Providers and international transfers
Netlify provides hosting and form processing. Google provides reCAPTCHA protection on the forms that use it, and Google Analytics after consent. WhatsApp is used only when you choose that contact channel. These providers may process information outside your country under their own safeguards and policies. No advertising tracker is currently configured; adding one requires an updated notice and the relevant consent.
AI-assisted project work
Magicalix uses AI-assisted tools for research, content creation, design, development and review. Relevant project briefs, content and technical material may be shared with providers of these tools for the agreed work. Confidentiality obligations continue to apply. Personal information must be limited to what is necessary, processed on an appropriate legal basis and protected by suitable security and contractual measures.
Providers and processing locations vary by project. Before personal or confidential information is shared, the applicable provider, retention and international-transfer arrangements must be checked and, where required, agreed with the client. Details relevant to your project can be requested through the contact form. This notice is not blanket permission to disclose private datasets or an assurance that every AI provider has the same data-use policies.
Website questionnaire and saved drafts
The website enquiry questionnaire at /inquiry-form/ sends your answers through Netlify Forms only when you submit. Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months. If you choose Save draft, your answers are stored in this browser with a 30-day expiry and removed on the next visit after expiry. You can delete the saved draft from the questionnaire at any time. Nothing is saved automatically. Avoid saving on a shared device.
Retention
Enquiries and private feedback are kept for up to 24 months. Records may be retained longer where required for accounting, a legal claim or another legal obligation. An authorised published testimonial may remain visible until you withdraw that permission or it is no longer relevant.
Your cookie choice is remembered for six months. You can change it at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. If the browser cannot save it, the choice applies for the current page and may be requested again.
Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information, object to processing, or withdraw consent where applicable. Use the contact form and mention your privacy request. We may verify your identity before acting. You may also contact the Philippine National Privacy Commission or the data-protection authority responsible in your country.
