Yes. Spreadsheets, reports and exports from your software can be a starting point. We check their structure and quality, then agree which information matters and how it will be kept up to date.
Where the data source allows it, we can automate updates at an agreed frequency. Some sources may require a file import or a manual step. We confirm this before quoting, rather than assuming every system can connect.
Yes. We define who needs to see or change each part of the application. The inspection portal, for example, separates client access from administration and configurable employee permissions.
We design for the devices your team actually uses, including phones. The inspection portal is used on mobile and requires an internet connection. Offline use is a separate requirement to assess together.
