Magicalix provides website creation, web application development, social media management, and online advertising services. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each project are agreed upon individually with each client.
2. Pricing & Payment
- Website creation services start at $299 for a single home page, $499 for a classic website, and $999 for an advanced website.
- Web application pricing is provided on a custom quote basis.
- Hosting is billed at $35/month and includes up to 2 hours of maintenance per month.
- Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement.
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
3. Project Delivery
- All websites are delivered as front-office-only solutions with no back office.
- Magicalix handles all content updates, maintenance, and technical interventions.
- Project timelines are estimated and communicated at the beginning of each engagement.
- Client feedback and approval cycles may affect delivery timelines.
4. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables (website, application, etc.).
- Magicalix retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
- Third-party assets (images, fonts, libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide necessary content, assets, and information in a timely manner.
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes.
- Ensure that all content provided does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Free Website Audit
The free website audit is provided as a complimentary service with no obligation. Recommendations are for informational purposes and do not guarantee specific results.
7. Limitation of Liability
Magicalix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website.
